A whole season in writing
This issue: same name, different bags; a cook’s memory of acidity; why we do not go to space.
Why not space?
CosmosSeed describes distant origins. We neither verify nor dismiss them. We want every step traceable: collection, permit, packer and cabinet.
We welcome new things. First we finish this small patch. A distant origin deserves the same method once traceable.
Collection
Four issues yearly, 12 units each. Register a paper number at the shop; no contact collection online. Sold-out issues get a counter notice.
Read, keep, return.
A quarterly is a place for a season’s written observations. The counter keeps the paper issue number; this page does not collect a mailing address, take payment or register a subscription.
A remembered taste and a batch record answer different questions. Keep both, with the date and the writer’s name on your own sheet.
